WHAT WE DO MAKES A DIFFERENCE
Everyone at Mangrove Housing is dedicated to helping others find pathways to affordable and sustainable housing options. To do this, we often need to assist people to find a range of supports and encourage/empower them to make lifestyle changes. Underpinning our culture and service delivery is the broad principles of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs with many of our clients facing significant barriers to meeting some of life’s most basic needs such as shelter.
In recondition, we have empowered our people to put the client at the heart of every decision through a client centred, case management framework of service. Our service delivery approach enables one person (Client Housing Worker) to work with a Tenant through the End-to-End processes of their Tenancy. This relationship enables:
- higher levels of engagement & support including improved action planning
- a holistic view of the client and their needs and capabilities
- improved information gathering and sharing
- early identification of risks and early intervention
We have an open and communicative culture that is based on professionalism, teamwork, support, respect and engagement of our employees. We seek input into decision making at all levels of the organization. We also value and actively seek diversity and innovation by employing a wide range of talented people who like to problem solve, empower people, learn, and continuously improve and most importantly to have some fun along the way.
