CHAIR: Col Sutcliffe

Col has been a Mangrove Housing Director for 6 years with an extensive history within the educational sector as a Teacher, Principal, Inspector, Regional Director of Education, and Senior Officer in Education Qld. Colin has been the Chair of Queensland Blue-care, Vice Chair of Uniting Care, Chair of the EDUCANG schools board & Governor of Moreton Bay Girls and Moreton Bay Boys Schools. Colin is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors

DIRECTOR: Sandra Lupi

Sandra joined the Board in 2014, she has a Masters in Social Administration and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Sandra has over 15 years in community organisational leadership across education, health, aged care, disability support, employment and training and family and refugee support services. Sandra is a member of Mercy Partners Inc. Council and a Director of the Mercy Partners Property Company.

DIRECTOR: Ross Wiseman

After a 20 year naval career, Ross became a pioneer of the community housing sector in Qld. His work has been recognised with a Member of the Order of Australia (AM). He has worked for and served on boards of numerous organisations including Qld Council of Social Service, Lifeline, Family Services Toowoomba, Qld Community Housing Coalition, Redland District Committee of Ageing and the Circle of Men. Ross has been on the board of Mangrove Housing for over 10 years and is the current President of Volunteering Queensland.

DIRECTOR: William York

Beginning his working life as a Teacher Bill moved into the Legal profession in 1988. Bill is a well-respected Solicitor who practices within the Bayside Community working in Leasing, Conveyancing, Family law, Wills and estates & other general areas of law. Bill has been a member of the Mangrove Housing Board for over 4 years.

DIRECTOR: Craig Jenkins

Craig joined Mangrove Housing in 2015 and brings a wealth of financial, compliance and corporate governance skills and experience. Craig is a partner at BDO within the Audit Division and his expertise includes external and internal auditing, special investigations, corporate finance, governance and corporate consulting. Craig’s qualifications include Bachelor of Commerce, Registered Company Auditor, Chartered Accountant and a Justice of the Peace.

DIRECTOR: Brenda Christiansen

Brenda has been on the Board for 10 years and brings a wealth of Business knowledge. She has had a substantive career within the Tertiary Education Sector having been a teacher in Business Studies for 20 years. Brenda has a business Degree, post graduate training qualifications and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
